Philadelphia Fight Rugby to hold 4th annual 'Battle to Strike Out ALS'

The 8 East Philadelphia Fight Rugby team will hold their 4th Annual ‘Battle to Strike Out ALS’ with proceeds going to benefit the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the ALS Association with the event being sponsored by Yarabee Coal Company. A portion of the gate receipts, beer sales and raffles will go towards battling this horrible disease. This will be our last home game before the 2011 USARL playoffs.

The Fight Vixens will be performing at all the quarters and at halftime.

The game, taking place at A.A. Garthwaite Stadium, 11th Avenue and Harry Streets, Conshohocken, will start at 5 p.m. but the gates will open for food and beer at 4 p.m.

The after party will be at our team clubhouse, 8 East Bar and Restaurant, 8 East First Avenue, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
