Cubs win AMLL Major divison championship

On Sun., June 12 the Cubs, coached by Ken Bateman, won the Aston-Middletown Little League Major division championship. After a rocky start, the team won 11 straight games and finished the season with a record of 14-4-1. Christian Bateman pitched a no-hitter in the championship game in a 9-0 win to earn the AMLL title.
