Penncrest Middle School ice hockey wins championship after undefeated season
The Penncrest Middle School non-check ice hockey team went 18-0-2 this season, remaining undefeated throughout the regular season and playoffs.
Penncrest knocked off Ridley M.S. in the best of three championship series winning game one, 6-3, and game two, 4-1, to clinch the Delco School League Championship at Ice Works Thursday night (3/15). It was Penncrest's first ever undefeated season.
