Penncrest High School hosting Mat Mayhem wrestling clinic

Penncrest High School will host the second annual Mat Mayhem wrestling clinic on Sat. November 5 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the PHS Auxiliary Gym. Kids from grades 4th through 9th are invited to this clinic dedicated to developing skills and techniques to become a champion wrestler. No wrestling experience is necessary to sign up. This clinic includes lessons on effective technique in the neutral, top and bottom positions, taught by the Penncrest coaching staff and other area coaches, pizza lunch and a commemorative t-shirt.

Registration for the Mat Mayhem clinic is $35 per wrestler. Payment can be made by cash or checks, with checks payable to “Penncrest Wrestling Boosters.” Parents can send registration and payment to Coach Greg Jacobs, 134 Barren Road, Media, PA 19063. Pre-registration is recommended. Walk-in registration will take place from 8:30-9 a.m. on the day of the clinic, though walk-ins are not guaranteed a t-shirt).
