Haverford College’s Morgan To Conduct 12th Annual Hoop Camp

Haverford College women’s basketball coach Bobbi Morgan will conduct the 12th annual Haverford Girls’ Basketball Camp July 12 to July 15 at Haverford High School. The camp, sponsored by Haverford Township Recreation, is open to players entering grades two through nine and will run daily from 9 a.m.until 2 p.m.

Daily sessions will feature stations, individual and team skill work, three on three, five on five and skills contests as well as guest speakers from local Division I, II and III colleges. Staff will include local college players and coaches. The camp program is designed to meet the needs of both the beginner and the more experienced player. Campers will be grouped by age and ability.

Enrollment for the camp is limited to ensure that each player receives individual attention. All 10 previous camps have been filled to capacity so players are encouraged to register early. Cost for the camp is just $135. There also is a family discount. Each additional sibling pays just $100 for the week.
