Springfield High School Ice Hockey 2010-2011Registration Meeting

A general membership meeting will be held on May 19, 7 p.m. in Audion B of Springfield High School. It is important that all players and parents attend this meeting if they plan to play SHS Ice Hockey in the fall for the 2010-2011 season. All registration documents can be downloaded from the website www.shsicehockey.org. The completed documents and USA Hockey registration must be brought to the meeting along with a $250 non-refundable registration fee. Checks should be made payable to SHS Ice Hockey.
