Rescheduled Springfield Athletic Association boys travel soccer tryouts

Tryouts for the 2010 travel soccer season have been rescheduled and will be conducted Sunday-Tuesday, May 23-25 at Memorial Park (upper field) from 6 -9 p.m.
Schedule based on age group for all 3 sessions:
U-9 -- 6-7 p.m.; U-10-- 6 -7 p.m.; U-11-- 7 - 8 p.m.
U-12-- 7-8 p.m.; U-13 --8 - 9 p.m.; U-14/15-- 8 - 9 p.m.
Important information for tryouts:
Potential players must be registered with the SAA to be eligible for play on a travel team. Must attend 2 out of 3 scheduled tryouts. Must bring the following paperwork to the first try-out:
Copy of original birth certificate
Completed EPYSA Medical Release form (www.epysa.org)
Completed EPYSA RG-6 Participant Registration Form (www.epysa.org)
Current school photo to be used for player pass card
Travel fee is $80 which covers the SAA fee, soccer banquet and the Columbus Day Tournament fee.
